These extension rod is to suit the Fanco Eco Breeze and Fanco Wynd DC ceiling fans. The extension rod replaces the standard rod provided with the fan to give you a larger ceiling to blade drop, making the fan more suitable for a higher than standard ceiling. Rods can be cut to size by installer.

General Recommendations 

• Australian Safety Standards require your ceiling fan’s blades to be at least 2.1m (2100mm) from the floor.
• Increasing the amount of space above your ceiling fan will generally result in better performance (airflow).
• The ideal distance from the floor to the blades of your ceiling fan is between 2100mm and 2700mm for optimal performance.
