Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Fixture
Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all internal padding, hardware, and instruction manuals to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
